April 3ed, 1983 - Xanadu - Rush

This is a Vinyl rip that I'm taken from FLAC, into MP3 320kbps CBR. In spite of the name being "Xanadu" this isn't a show from A Farewell to Kings, it's a show from The Signals Tour. The sound quality is eh, the sound is very crackly, and there is a lot of fuzz in the background. The audio also sounds a bit fast. And oh boy, does that snare crack. It's a decent show, but nothing I would recommend to a casual Rush fan, this is more of a collector's item, and while my site isn't made for hardcore collectors, I thought I would give it to you anyway, so if you want, go ahead and pick this up. 5.5/10

    1. Hate to be that guy, but you're just taking my stuff and linking it on my blog, I give credit on all of posts, it's be nice if you did the same. I said so in the "Tastes Like Chicken" post. And you didn't even read it, it just went up on your site the day after. Don't just take peoples stuff and take credit for it. I've been pimping TheSquonk2112's videos all through out these, as he's my main source, and me and him have been emailing, he's cool with it. It gets irritating to put a bunch of work into making everything all nice and neat, and then taking time to upload and tag it all, just to see you put it on your blog. Come on man.

    1. The downloads are the first comment of all of these posts, but this account will no longer be putting up download links because they can all be downloaded on DC++. Download DC++ and direct connect to drjubal.zapto.org
If you need any help you can ask.

  7. Hi, I was wondering if anyone can give me any info on a possible bootleg I have called 'Tom Sawyer'. It has three 3 inch square pics of Neil, Geddy and Alex on front sleeve. Titled 'Tom Sawyer' above. The back has a crossword. All printed in dark brown. Inner sleeves are Japanese style half round plastic bag.
It is a double album recorded on June 14th 1981 at Long Beach Arena.
    Moving Pictures tour.
It says 'Demonstration Not For Sale' at bottom.
    Track listing:
Side 1; Freewill, Limelight, Hemispheres, Beneath Between Behind, The Camera Eye
Side 2; YYZ, The Trees, Xanadu
Side 3; The Spirit of Radio, Red Barchetta, Closer To The Heart, Tom Sawyer, Vital Signs
Side 4; Natural Science, Medley, La Villa Strangiato
I bought this in around 1982, when I used to go to nearly every Rush concert held in London.
Hope someone can shed some light on this, Have seen a copy on a Japanese site but all in Japanese, also one up for sale on an ebay type site in USA in 2012 for $113 but it didn't have the necessary info.
